Daily staff hellos accompany weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Alternatively, you can do your own laundry with our complimentary laundry facilities. Pick up your daily mail and have our reception manage your packages for you.

I’ve visited many assisted living communities. This is the best. Deby Okum , Marketing Director, moved heaven and earth to provide a patio apartment for potted native roses…so it would be “home.” Contracts are easily understood and all-inclusive (no long list of add-ons/charges found at most assisted living communities). Cheerful Deby has resources to help with anything. Helped to organize awesome movers and facilitated all paperwork needed. She is our angel.
The executive director, Trudy, jumps in to help if staff is busy. She’s built a strong team to ensure residents’ needs are met.
The nurse is helpful and thorough. She cares about her residents.
Activities Director, Annette, plans according to residents’ requests. One resident told me, “If someone living here says they have nothing to do, it’s their own fault!” Mental stimulation abounds here.
A terrific  Physical Therapist’s office, Attain is on site to work with residents in the gym and their salt water swimming pool is stunning.
Caring staff, like Linda and Chris, are everywhere keeping the residences spotless.
A smiling maintenance man, Ronnie, appears the same day if you need something fixed.
The wonderful chef takes great pride in the delicious meals served 3 times daily and asks residents to request favorites. Annette asked her to prepare a luau in 3 days … it came complete with Hawaiian drinks, little umbrellas and a feast! Live here and you’ll have a wonderful life!

Wow what a beautiful community! The apartments are HUGE they take Medicaid waiver and they even helped Dad to file for Aid and Attendance with the VA we did not even know he was eligible for $2300 more a month from her benefits! Debbie Okum is a wealth of knowledge she helped us from start to finish. Going form us not thinking he could stay to moving in right away. She helped us get a new bed for dad from the VA filed his documents to get the benefit and suggested movers she made it so easy. He is so very happy at Diamond! We highly recommend having your loved one move here! The care givers really CARE! And Dad loves the food! We can't say enough good things about this place.
